Welcome to the Virginia Beach Jaycees! We are the leading leadership development organization for young people 18-40 years of age. We strive to provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.
We are also, owners and producers of the East Coast Surfing Championships (the longest consecutive running surf competition in the world), caretakers of the Flame of Hope Memorial (located on Naval Air Station Oceana) as well as participants in other community projects!
